Octavian To Provide Top-Performing Game Content On Spielo VLTs Offered By Lottomatica
Rome (Italy), Moncton (Canada), London (UK) – February 5th 2010 – Lottomatica Group S.p.A. has announced that its subsidiary, SPIELO Manufacturing ULC, and Octavian International have entered into a licensing agreement to deploy Octavian gaming content on SPIELO’s gaming platform for Italy’s new Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) market. The games will be initially offered to Italian players by one of Italy’s largest gaming machine concessionaires, Lottomatica Videolot Rete (LVR), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lottomatica Group.
Octavian, an international provider and integrator of networked gaming solutions, currently provides top-performing games to Italy’s Comma 6A, or Amusement With Prize (AWP), market.
As part of the agreement, Octavian will also target several of its most popular AWP titles and themes to the new Comma 6B, or VLT, market on SPIELO’s powerful gaming platform using SPIELO’s Game Development Kit (GDK).

Octavian and SPIELO expect to release the first games in the second half of 2010.
This is the first of several content agreements SPIELO expects to announce for the Italian VLT market.
